Paula has always been at the heart of Nordic Walk Store, she is Co-Director and is the person you will find at the end of the phone and on email, she loves chatting to customers. Paula knows Nordic Walking poles literally inside and out and loves to match people to the best product that we offer. Paula said:

“Making Nordic Walk Store a great place for everyone to shop is what I love to do. You’ll find me at the end of the phone   Monday to Thursday with Max (the dog) under my desk”

When Paula’s not at work, you will find her on a remote campsite somewhere in her Moho, most likely by the sea or up a mountain, either that or she’ll be digging the garden or of course out with her poles!

Karen is an INWA (International Nordic Walking Association) International Trainer and has taught Nordic Walking since 2006. She co-founded British Nordic Walking in 2008 and although no longer helping to run the organisation she is part of the teaching team. Karen is the go to for technique questions, you can book a technique lesson or come to one of her beginners workshops in Llantwit Major. She is often out on the road, presenting Nordic Walking at pop up events and festivals and working with our partners. She is an author and presents internationally. Karen said:

“Teaching is my passion and I love anything to do with movement, being outdoors, nordic walking, running, skiing, cycling, walking the dog! Sitting still is my problem!”

When Karen is not at work you will most likely find her on the coastal path or in a field with her bees!

Max is head of logistics and warehouse security. He likes to 'organise' the postie, alert the team to the arrival of the courier and also enjoys supervising pole testing walks. Max said:

"Woof"

When Max is not at work you will find him enjoying his garden sofa, on long walks or away in his Moho.
